Do Not Be Afraid to Dream Big!

This post is about my sister. Ever since we were little kids she dreamed of opening up her own restaurant.  She would convert our dinner table at home into a 4 star dining establishment, create her very first menus and cook up a storm in the kitchen for us. I was so proud of her when she went to college to pursue her dream and earned a degree in Culinary Arts management and honed her cooking and baking skills along the way.  I couldn’t have been happier for her as she was offered a vast array of opportunities to work in all kinds of food service settings, from corporations to locally owned she shined everywhere she went.  When she first told me about the opening of her very own place, I dont know who was more excited…me or her.  She has been dreaming of this since she was 4 years old and she has been working nonstop since to make it a reality. I am so proud of her and it is an honor to have her in my life and have her as my sister.
